DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF CAR RACING FACILITY, 2024 , DOHA QATAR
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This project involves designing and developing a state-of-the-art car racing facility that caters to racing enthusiasts and spectators. The facility will feature a high-performance racetrack, spectator areas, auditoriums, VIP lounges, ample parking, a simulator and recreation complex, and various additional amenities. The goal is to create an immersive and world-class experience for participants and visitors.

OBJECTIVES : Develop a High-Quality Racetrack: Design and construct a track that meets international racing standards and provides an exciting experience for drivers and spectators.
Create Comprehensive Spectator Facilities: Include seating, viewing areas, and amenities to accommodate large crowds and enhance their experience.
Design Functional Auditoriums and VIP Lounges: Provide spaces for events, meetings, and VIP experiences.
Ensure Ample Parking and Access: Develop efficient parking solutions and access routes for visitors and participants.
